Printify is a print-on-demand company used by WKB, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

If your product is damaged or incomplete from a production error, please email your concerns within 30 days of the purchase and send photos of the damaged products in order for WKB to try and resolve the issue with the printer/production team.
